Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $45 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposit Policy
The $45 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule within the cancellation period (24hrs), your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you need to book a new appointment after forfeiting your deposit, a new $45 deposit will be required.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be transferred to a new appointment date.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your $45 deposit.
- No-shows will be considered as cancellation and will result in the loss of your $45 deposit.
- Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in future appointments being declined.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for you appointment. If you are running behind, please call or text me to let me know. I understand that life happens. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your deposit may be forfeited and you may have to reschedule your appointment.
